AquaSoul Community Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on October 19, 2026.
We are working to make our site - AquaSoul Community - https://aquasoulspace.wixsite.com/aquasoul-community accessible to people with disabilities.
You Belong At the Table
At AquaSoul, we believe everyone belongs at the table. We want every member, customer, and visitor to be able to read, shop, join, and take part in our community with ease, whatever their abilities or the technology they use.
Accessibility adjustments on this site
We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines, and we are working to make the site accessible to the AA level. This site's content has been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use.
As part of this effort, we have also:
-
Used the Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues
-
Set the language of the site
-
Set the content order of the site's pages
-
Defined clear heading structures on the site's pages
-
Added alternative text to images
-
Implemented color combinations that meet the required color contrast
-
Reduced the use of motion on the site
-
Worked to make videos, audio, and files on the site accessible
Accessibility is ongoing work. We review the site as we add products, pages, blog posts, and community features, and we fix issues as we find them.
Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content
The accessibility of certain parts of our site depends on content and tools that do not belong to AquaSoul. These belong to third parties, including:
-
Our Collabs affiliate dashboard (GoAffPro)
-
Checkout and payment providers (Wix Payments and Venmo)
-
Embedded or linked social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn)
-
Shipping and order tracking tools
We therefore declare partial compliance with the standard for these pages and features. We cannot change how third parties build their tools, but we choose partners carefully and will tell you if we learn of a barrier.
Accessibility across our content
Blog posts and site content
-
We write in plain language and use clear headings and short paragraphs.
-
We add descriptive alternative text to meaningful images.
-
Link text describes where the link goes. We avoid "click here."
-
We do not rely on color alone to carry meaning.
Social media
-
We add alternative text to images where the platform allows it.
-
We use CamelCase hashtags (for example, #SoulfulLiving) so screen readers read them correctly.
-
We use emojis sparingly and never as a replacement for words.
-
We add captions or a written summary to videos and reels whenever we can.
-
We keep important details in the post text, not only inside an image or graphic.
Emails and newsletters
-
We use readable fonts, strong contrast, and a single-column layout.
-
We write descriptive link text and add alternative text to images.
-
Every email carries its key message as live text, not only as a picture.
-
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
Videos, audio, and live sessions
-
We aim to provide captions or a transcript for videos and audio we publish.
-
We aim to avoid flashing content and autoplay.
-
For live sessions in our community groups, we will share a written summary on request.
Documents and downloads
-
We aim to publish files such as eBooks, guides, and checklists in formats that work with screen readers.
-
If a file does not work for you, contact us and we will send it in another format.
Community groups
-
Group leaders are encouraged to follow the same practices for posts and images.
-
If you see content in a group that is hard to access, tell us and we will work with the group leader to fix it.
Accessibility arrangements in the organization
AquaSoul is an online business and community, with no public office or storefront. If we offer an in-person event in the future, we will share its accessibility arrangements in advance and you can ask us about them at any time.
Requests, issues, and suggestions
If you find an accessibility issue on the site, or if you need further assistance, you are welcome to contact our accessibility coordinator:
Liz Reed Email: owner.aquashopliz@gmail.com
When you write to us, please tell us the page or link, what happened, and the device or assistive technology you were using. We aim to reply within 5 business days and to offer another way to get what you need, such as sending the information by email in a format that works for you.
We welcome your feedback. It helps us make AquaSoul better for everyone.
