This policy applies to everyone who uses AquaSoul Community, including visitors, members, group admins, bloggers, collabs and affiliates, donors, and shop customers. It covers our website, groups, blogs, file and video sharing, member accounts, collabs and affiliate program, donations, and shop.

4. Site
We collect basic usage information and use cookies to keep the site working and to understand what is useful. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may limit features like staying signed in or keeping items in your cart.
5. Members
Your account information is used to run your membership. Your profile name and any details you choose to show are visible to others according to your profile and group settings. You can update or delete your profile information from your account, or by emailing us.
6. Groups
Posts, comments, and member lists in a group are visible to the people the group allows. Public groups can be seen by anyone. Private groups are visible to members only, but group members can see and copy what you share, so share only what you are comfortable with. Group admins can see member requests and answers to membership questions. Please do not share other people's private information in groups.
7. Blogs
Blog posts and comments you publish may be public and may be found through search engines. If you want a post or comment removed, email us and we will review the request.
8. File shares and video shares
Files and videos you upload are stored on our platform and are visible according to the sharing settings you choose. Anyone who can see a file or video may be able to download or share it. Only upload content you own or have permission to share. Do not upload files that contain sensitive personal information about yourself or others.
9. Collabs and affiliates
If you join our collabs or affiliate program, we collect the information needed to set up your account, track your referral activity, and pay commissions. This can include your name, email, referral link, performance data, and payout details. Referral data is shared with our affiliate platform provider to track clicks, sales, and commissions. We do not sell your information to other companies.
10. Donations
When you donate, we collect your name, contact details, donation amount, and any message you add. Payment details are handled by our payment processor. We use donation information to process your gift, send a receipt or thank you, and keep records. You may ask us to keep your donation anonymous on public pages.
11. Shop
When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and billing address. We use this to confirm your order, deliver it, handle returns and refunds, and contact you about your purchase.
Sourcing partners and delivery
All of our products are fulfilled through sourcing partners who provide nationwide USA and/or international shipping. To deliver your order, we share your delivery details with our sourcing delivery service. These details include your name, shipping address, and the contact information needed for delivery.
Your payment details and other private information are NOT shared with our sourcing partners or delivery service.
Dropshipping
Some items ship directly from a supplier to you instead of from our location. Your delivery details are shared with that supplier and delivery service only so they can ship your order. They may use your details only for fulfillment.
Wholesale
If you buy from us or sell to us at wholesale, we collect business contact details, tax or resale information when needed, and order history. We use these to manage wholesale accounts, pricing, and orders. Wholesale information is not shared except with delivery services and as required by law.
DIY
If you buy DIY products, kits, or materials, we collect the same order and delivery information as other shop orders. If you send us photos, designs, or project details, we use them only to answer your request, fulfill your order, or, with your permission, feature your project.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share your payment details with sourcing partners or delivery services.

We keep your information as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide services, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. You can ask us to delete your information, subject to those requirements.
14. Security
We use reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or online service is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Use a strong, unique password and keep it private.
15. Children
AquaSoul Community is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
16. Request a copy of your information, regardless of location
If you would like a copy of the information that we have about you on file, please email owner.aquashopliz@gmail.com. This applies to everyone, wherever you live. We may need to confirm your identity before we share your information.

We follow the laws of the State of Florida, USA. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to stop marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
