AquaSoul Community Terms Welcome

Welcome to AquaSoul Community. These terms explain the rules for using our site, joining our community, and buying from our shop. By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who these terms cover

These terms apply to everyone who uses AquaSoul Community, including visitors, members, group admins, bloggers, collabs and affiliates, donors, and shop customers. They cover our website, groups, blogs, file and video sharing, member accounts, collabs and affiliate program, donations, and shop. These terms work together with our Privacy Policy, Accessibility Statement, and shop policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AquaSoul Community. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the site only with a parent or guardian's permission. You must be at least 18 to place an order, donate, or join the collabs and affiliate program, unless a parent or guardian does so for you.

3. Site

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be error free or uninterrupted. We may change, pause, or remove parts of the site at any time. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

Break the law or the rights of others
Try to hack, scrape, overload, or disrupt the site
Pretend to be someone else
Send spam or unwanted promotions
Collect other people's information without permission

4. Members

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password private. Give us accurate information, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You may delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or harm the community.

5. Community standards

AquaSoul is built on respect and belonging. When you take part, you agree to:

Be kind and treat others with respect
Not post hate, harassment, threats, or discrimination
Not post sexual, violent, or illegal content
Not share other people's private information
Not promote products or links in a spammy way

We may remove content or members that go against these standards, and we make the final call on what fits our community.

6. Groups

Group admins and leaders help guide their groups, and they agree to follow these terms. Public groups can be seen by anyone. Private groups are visible to members only, but members can see and copy what you share, so share only what you are comfortable with. Group admins may approve, decline, or remove members and posts. AquaSoul is not responsible for what members say or do in groups, and we may step in when needed to keep the community safe.

7. Blogs

You own the blog posts and comments you write. By publishing them on AquaSoul, you give us a free, non-exclusive right to display, share, and promote them on the site and our social channels, with credit to you. You promise that your content is yours or you have permission to use it, and that it does not copy or harm anyone else. Blog posts and comments may be public and found through search engines. Email us if you want something removed and we will review the request. We may edit or remove posts that break these terms.

8. File shares and video shares

Files and videos you upload are visible according to the sharing settings you choose. Anyone who can see a file or video may be able to download or share it. Only upload content you own or have permission to share. Do not upload anything illegal, harmful, hateful, or private to others. Do not upload files that contain sensitive personal information. We may remove files or videos that break these terms, and we are not responsible for lost or damaged uploads, so keep your own copies.

9. Content you share

You keep ownership of what you create and share. You are responsible for it. By sharing it on AquaSoul, you give us permission to host and display it so the site can work. We respect copyright. If you believe something on the site copies your work, email us with the link and details and we will review it.

10. Collabs and affiliates

The collabs and affiliate program lets you share AquaSoul and earn commissions through your referral link and coupon code. If you join, you agree to:

Be honest and clear when you promote us, and say you may earn a commission when the law or the platform requires it
Not make false claims about our products, prices, or results
Not spam, buy fake traffic, or use misleading ads
Not use your own link to buy for yourself, unless the program says it is allowed
Not bid on or use our brand name in paid ads without our permission

Commissions, tiers, and payout rules are set out in the program and your affiliate dashboard, and they may change with notice. Commissions are earned on completed sales and may be reversed for refunds, returns, cancelled orders, or fraud. To receive payouts you must complete your profile, including your payout method and any tax details required. We may pause or end an account that breaks these terms. Your affiliate dashboard is run by a third party, and its own terms also apply.

Collabs are independent partners. They are not employees, agents, or legal representatives of AquaSoul, and nothing in the program creates a job, partnership, or promise of income. Earnings depend on your own effort and are never guaranteed.

11. Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts made to support the AquaSoul community and its giving efforts. Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, donations are final and non-refundable, and are not tax deductible. AquaSoul is not a registered charity unless we state so. If you make a donation by mistake, email us right away and we will review it. You may ask us to keep your donation anonymous on public pages.

12. Shop

Orders. When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons such as a pricing or stock error, a suspected fraud, or an item that is no longer available. If we cancel, we will refund any payment.
Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise. Prices, products, and offers can change at any time. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers, and you agree to give accurate payment details. We do not store your full payment details.
Product information. We try to show products, colors, and sizes accurately. Screens vary, and small differences can happen. Listings may include variants, so please choose the one you want before you check out.
Shipping and delivery. Orders are processed within about 3 business days. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen because of carriers, customs, weather, or other things outside our control. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are your responsibility.
Returns and refunds. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, email us with your order number and photos, and we will work to make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
Coupons and discounts. Coupon codes and member discounts have terms, may expire, and cannot be combined unless we say so. Earned or personal coupons are for the named person only and may not be shared or resold.

Sourcing partners and delivery

Some of our products are fulfilled through sourcing partners who provide nationwide USA and international shipping. To deliver your order, we share your delivery details with our sourcing delivery service. Once an order is with a carrier, delivery is also subject to the carrier's terms. Your payment details and other private information are NOT shared with our sourcing partners or delivery service.

Dropshipping

Some items ship directly from a supplier to you instead of from our location. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages at different times. Your delivery details are shared with that supplier and delivery service only so they can ship your order. We remain your point of contact for any order question or problem.

Wholesale

Wholesale buying and selling is handled case by case. We may ask for business details and tax or resale information. Wholesale pricing, minimums, payment terms, and returns are agreed in writing before an order is placed. Wholesale accounts are for the business named on the account and may not be shared.

DIY

DIY products, kits, and materials are for hobby and personal use. Follow the instructions and safety warnings that come with them, and keep small parts away from young children. Results depend on your skill, tools, and materials, so we cannot guarantee a particular outcome. If you send us photos, designs, or project details, we use them only to answer your request, fulfill your order, or, with your permission, feature your project.

13. Our content and trademarks

The AquaSoul name, logos, designs, text, graphics, and site content belong to AquaSoul or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial use with credit to us. You may not copy, sell, or use our name, logos, or content for business purposes without our written permission.

14. Disclaimers

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the site will meet every need, be secure at all times, or be free of errors. Posts, blogs, and groups include views from members, and they are not advice from AquaSoul. Content about health, money, legal matters, or wellbeing is shared for general information only and is not professional advice. Please speak with a qualified professional before making decisions in those areas.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AquaSoul and its owner, team, and partners are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities, that come from your use of the site or products. Our total responsibility to you for any claim will not be more than the amount you paid us for the order or service the claim relates to. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply fully to you. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

16. Your responsibility to us

You agree to cover reasonable losses we have because of content you post, your misuse of the site, or your breach of these terms or the law.

17. Ending or suspending access

You may stop using AquaSoul at any time. We may suspend or end your access without notice if you break these terms, harm the community, or put others at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue after that, such as content rights, disclaimers, and limits of liability, will continue.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Before starting any formal dispute, please email us so we can try to work it out together. If we cannot, you and AquaSoul agree that any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

19. California terms

If you are a California resident, you have the privacy rights described in our Privacy Policy. You may also contact us in writing about a complaint. California residents can also reach the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.

20. International terms

AquaSoul Community is based in the United States and operates under United States law. If you use the site or order from outside the United States, you are responsible for following your local laws, and some products may not be available in your region. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights you have under the laws where you live that cannot be waived.

21. Cookies and privacy

We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. Please read our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and protect your information.

22. Accessibility

We work to make AquaSoul usable for everyone. Please read our Accessibility Statement, and email us if you find a barrier.

23. Links to other sites

Our site may link to other sites, social platforms, and partner stores. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or policies. Using them is at your own risk, and their terms apply.

24. Messages from us

When you create an account, place an order, or join the collabs program, we may send you service messages about your account, orders, and the community. With your agreement, we may also send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.

25. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the changes. If a change is major, we will do our best to let members know.

26. General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your account or rights to someone else without our written permission. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and shop policies, are the whole agreement between you and AquaSoul about the use of the site.
